This page adapts AI Escape business and coaching legal text for the AI Escape website. It is written for non-mutating public links and does not add live booking, SMS, or send behavior to the public information pages.

Information you provide

When you contact AI Escape LLC by email, phone, or a public contact or booking link, AI Escape may receive your name, email address, phone number, company or business context, and the message or workflow details you choose to share.

If the linked business booking page or another contact flow asks for a phone number, source AI Escape legal text limits that number to scheduling, confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, support, and related meeting administration unless another consent is clearly shown.

Website measurement

AI Escape source policies disclose use of analytics, advertising measurement, error monitoring, cookies, referral parameters, device or browser information, and similar event metadata to understand site usage, improve services, measure marketing, and debug site behavior.

The public AI Escape site does not add its own cookie preference UI or tracking integration. If measurement tools are present elsewhere in the deployed site, those tools remain subject to their provider terms and the choices available in the browser or any site-level consent control shown to the visitor.

SMS and booking status

Source business and coaching legal text states that live SMS sends are not active until provider approval, credentials, and production configuration are completed.

The public AI Escape site can direct visitors to the AI Escape business booking page, but the public information pages do not create bookings, run carrier or textability checks, send SMS messages, create calendar invites, or send customer emails through a form.

Providers and records

AI Escape may use service providers for website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, error monitoring, communications, scheduling, security, debugging, and legal compliance.

Records may be kept as reasonably needed for scheduling or contact administration, support, security, debugging, provider approval, legal compliance, and dispute prevention.
