What changed
An AI-and-HR team event built for live puzzle play
Cisco wanted teams to learn how AI will transform HR through an interactive AI Escape Room experience. AI Escape built a customized digital escape room event platform for that purpose, then worked with Cisco on the puzzle design and live event flow.
The two 1–2 hour team events brought 200+ people to each event, 400+ international call-in players total, Cisco-branded AI puzzles, playtesting, live leaderboards, and online teams playing at the same time on the platform.
What AI Escape built
AI Escape met with Cisco, jointly designed fun AI escape room puzzles themed around Cisco branding, playtested the events, and ran the online event platform at events.aiescape.io.
During the live sessions, AI Escape managed and orchestrated more than 400 international call-in players playing online in teams while the platform handled the escape room experience and live leaderboards.
